WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT …..

Dear Friend
Thank you so much for all your support to the Egyptian Diocesan Association (EDA) and its ministries over the years.   There is no doubt that without you, EDA could not continue with its work.
You may be aware of new legislation known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), which is coming into force later this year.   As of May 2018, all commercial and charities organisations, such as EDA will be required to have supporters and members’ specific permission to hold personal contact details, which we only use to communicate the association and the diocese’s news, events, activities and appeals etc.
It is important to emphasise that information held by EDA will never be disclosed to third parties without your permission; in addition, at any time you can request the removal of your personal data from EDA records.   (Please do refer to EDA privacy policy and read how we handle and secure this data in addition to your rights under the new regulations).

To this end, we are taking the opportunity of this new legislation to: A) Update our records of your contact details.    B) Update our records and Secure your permission to hold and use your contact details for communication purposes as detailed above
Regrettably, in order to adhere to the new regulations, we have to inconvenience you as failure to receive your permission will force us to remove your current details from our records and we will be unable to keep in touch with you.   Hence we are seeking your approval to hold your data. So please do complete the form below, and click “Accept”.
